DIP COATING
The part is heated and dipped into the fluidising powder container. At a certain temperature, the resin will melt and create an adhering film, coating the surface. The film thickness lies between 200 - 1000 microns.
ELECTROSTATIC COATING
The powder is ejected from a nozzle having a high electrical potential. In this way, the powder will be electrically charged and adhere to the cold metal surface. Subsequently, heat is applied, causing the powder to melt into an even surface. The film thickness lies between 70 - 150 microns.
MINI/MAXI COATING
For the right type of small parts, the process-controlled, fully automatic Minicoat and Maxicoat line is the most effective method. Film thickness: 100 - 250 microns.
